Privacy Policy

24Seven Hotel respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it. 24Seven Hotel  does not sell, rent, lease or otherwise disclose any of your information to any third party unless required by law.

24seven Policies

1. Late checkout is available upon agreement at the reception based on the Hotel price list.

2. Air conditioning will be provided upon agreement at the reception based on the Hotel price list and will end according to the check out time. (11am)

3. Room service is charged extra based on the Hotel price list.

4. Breakfast is served 8:00am till 10:30am (the Hotel reserves the right to change the time.)

5. Transportaition to and from Heraklion Airport can be arranged through an agreement with the Hotel reception.

6. Changing of the bedsheets and towels is three times a week.

7. The Hotel offers cosmetics upon arrival day only.

In case of arrival later or earlier than the front desk hrs (8:00pm- 23:30am daily), please be so kind to let us know.

24seven Bookings Polices 

1. Upon booking from the Hotels' website you will be charged a nonrefundable 35% deposit of the total booking amount.

2. Bookings from the Hotel website is not variable or transferable.

3. If booked through the Hotels' website - In case of cancellation of the reservation up to 15 days prior to your arrival you will only be charged the 35% deposit. 

4. If booked through the Hotels' website - In case of cancellation within 15 days prior to your arrival you will be charged 50% of the total booking price.

5. In case of no show, you will be charged the full price of your booking.

6. The total booking amount must be paid in full 6 weeks prior to the due arrival date.

7. If your booking date is within 6 weeks of due arrival date, the reservation must be paid in full upon booking.

8. If you have made a reservation outside the Hotels' website from another provider, you should contact the provider in case of cancellation. The Hotel holds no responsibility for refunds for bookings made through other providers.

By bank transfer

If you do not wish to confirm your reservation electronically, you can guarantee your reservation by depositing the 35% from the final amount in the Hotel's Bank Account by bank transfer. Upon making the booking payment, the client must take on the cost of the transfer, in the case that these were applicable. If the advance prepayment is not paid within the agreed time, (2 working days) the reservation is considered invalid and the rooms will be available to rent. Once made the bank transfer, you will need to send us the payment receipt by e-mail, and when the operation has been validated we will send you the final booking confirmation.

Taxes

All taxes are included in the price except the overnight stay tax (1.50€ per day and per room).

Other policies

1. No pets allowed except guide dogs.

2. Use of various substances that are considered illegal according to the Greek Law are not allowed.

3. In case of loss of money or valuables the Hotel does not bare any responsibility unless they have been handed in at the reception to be kept in the reception safe.

4. The swimming pool is only open at the times highlighted in the Hotel due to health and safety reasons.
